Tom, Lucy, Adam, and Min are trying to train and prepare to be the next SPARTAN-III's, formed by the director Anders(Kurt). Doing "by the book" drills doesn't usually make a strong Spartan. But preparing the BETA Company to be better than the ALPHA is a crucial part, especially after the loss of 300+ SPARTAN-III's during the operation PROMETHEUS.
